jr:
experience in business/customer-facing role in consumer product testing, especially in textile testing,in liaising with apparel brands/retailers.
previous experience in handling key account programmesprotocols required.
previous background in chemical or physical testing for textiles preferred.
working experience with foreign testing standards,european standard is preferred

ability to work with global sales team to ensure implementation of set goals.

key responsibilities:
-sales activities: set the sales plans, sales targets, budget, sales activities, contract the contractget the payment,lead the teams to achieve the goals.
-marketing activities: analyze the price, strategic, channelslatest trend, stock, product designing information for market reports.
-customer management: customer talks, competition task,special customer events, customer contacts maintenance.
-organize sales advertising, fairs, exhibitionsevents,
-sales team management: set the teameach member’s goaldo the regular control, do the training for new employeescheck their reportresult.
-manage the incomingbacklog ordersimplement the eventually necessary measurement. fixing the eventual conflicts.

your qualification:
-university degree in commercial education;
-2+ years professional experience in active sales work;
-has the textile knowledge globalbrand-focused, market knowledge, knowledge of competitors;
-fluent in speaking, listening, writingreading english;
- ss, abilities, attitudes: independentstructured working; team-oriented; high degree of service-mindedness.
- cooperation & communication &teamwork.
-proficient in ms office ms word, excel, powerpoint etc.good ss in intex, crm.

1. ensure business growth via developing new accounts in region
2. collaborate with sales manager, forces on domestic account strategy identification, planningexecution;
3. collaborate with cs / product deployment / sales marketing / ops to deliver the request externally / internally;
4. lead monthly business review with factory sales / cs team to ensure strategiesinitiatives are alignedexecuted;
5. develop account strategies & initiatives with sales manager to achieve sales target / increase;

qualifications
1. college degree or above;
2. excellent knowledge of english , fluent in oral english
3. excellent knowledge of computer systems, such as microsoft office, power point,;
4. min. 6 years successful sales experience, experience at apparelfootwear manufacturersdomestic trims market preferred;
5. demonstrate successful sales experience that involved negotiating complex transactions or similar experience;
6. sed in developingexecuting account strategies;
7. excellent negotiation s, communication s, customer service sexperience;
8. able to travel frequentlywork under pressure;
